No Medical or Professional Advice. The Consultations provided through this program are intended solely for general wellness support and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consultations do not establish a therapist-patient or doctor-patient relationship, and neither the RCA nor any of its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic services. If an individual is experiencing a mental health crisis, has thoughts of self-harm or harm to others, or requires immediate professional assistance, that person should contact emergency services or a licensed healthcare provider.
Third-Party Providers. The Consultation Volunteers are independent third-party professionals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of the RCA. The RCA acts solely as a facilitator, connecting users with Volunteers, and does not endorse, verify, warrant or guarantee the licensure, qualifications or expertise of any Volunteer or the advice provided by any Volunteer. Any interactions, advice, recommendations or referrals provided by a Volunteer are solely between the member and the Volunteer, and the RCA assumes no responsibility or liability for such interactions.
No Liability. This program is offered as a goodwill initiative and does not constitute an employee benefit, healthcare service, or employer-sponsored medical treatment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the RCA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided through this program, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of any consultation or advice received. Under no circumstances shall the RCA be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, lost profits, lost employment, or any other loss resulting from participation in this program.
Confidentiality & Privacy. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the confidentiality of communications between users and Volunteers, the RCA does not control or guarantee the security of any information shared during Consultations. Users are solely responsible for the information they choose to disclose and should exercise caution when discussing sensitive personal matters. The RCA is not responsible for any unauthorized disclosure, misuse, or breach of confidentiality by any Volunteer. However, Volunteers are expected to maintain the confidentiality of all communications with users in accordance with applicable law, and users may ask their Volunteer to confirm that they will do so.
Voluntary Participation. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary. Users assume all risks associated with their use of the Consultation services and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided. The RCA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.
Subject to Volunteer Availability. Participation and consultations are subject to the availability of the Volunteers. The RCA does not guarantee the availability of the participating Volunteers.
Dispute Resolution. Any and all disputes arising out of, concerning or relating to this program shall be resolved exclusively by binding confidential arbitration administered by the Beth Din of America.
